Strong athletes train their bodies.

Elite athletes train their minds and bodies.

Mental performance coaching helps athletes stop overthinking, bounce back after mistakes, trust their preparation, and stay locked in from start to finish.

Hi, I’m Maggie!

I’m a former Division I soccer player at UNC Charlotte, a coach, and a parent of four competitive athletes. I’ve lived the mental side of sport from every angle, navigating pressure as an athlete, guiding performance as a coach, and supporting athletes across a wide range of personalities and competitive paths.

From Army West Point Women’s Soccer to athletes choosing different directions entirely, I’ve seen firsthand that while talent levels vary, the mental demands of sport are universal. Busy schedules. High expectations. Momentum swings. Setbacks. Growth.

My role is to help athletes develop the mindset required to handle those demands so they can compete confidently, stay composed, and perform consistently at whatever level feels right for them.

What a Team Workshop Delivers

Athletes and coaches walk away with practical tools they can use immediately in games and training. Workshops are interactive, conversational, athlete-centered, and designed to complement what coaches are already building within their program. This is not a motivational talk. It’s skill development for the mental side of performance.
